OUR TEAM

team-1

We are ThinkLexic.

We saw a gap in our community: there was a need an impact-oriented organization dedicated to widescale change in dyslexic education, fueled by a reimagined narrative of dyslexia. We're strength-based, neurodiverse, and unapologetically pro-dyslexic.

We do this work because we're passionate about education and equity. Founder John Rodrigues is dyslexic and knows the struggles and strengths of the dyslexic mind. Dyslexic children are brilliant, but underserved. We're working to change that.

We are unapologetically pro-dyslexic.
